How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Edgeinuity Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page describes how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics We Want to Hear About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Edgeinuity Septic
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or incorrect
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please understand that Edgeinuity Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@edgeinuity.bond and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you are hoping for
After You Write
You can expect an emailed acknowledgment, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider, and send you a reply describing what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our response does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help as well.
